How long does it take to get my Voyager code after purchase?
Voyager codes are usually sent 1-2 hours after purchase via email, but it may take up to 12 hours in some instances.
Is Voyager linked to my email address?
Yes, it is. After signing up to Voyager, make sure to use the same email address at checkout. Your benefits are linked to that email address only.
Do my Voyager benefits apply to subscribe and save?
No. Voyager is designed for people who want more flexibility than subscribe and save. If you love a specific product and want to receive it regularly, subscribe and save is your best option. If you want to mix things up and try new things, along with getting your favourites without being locked into a delivery schedule, then Voyager is for you.
I want to sign up to Voyager and buy other products at the same time. What should I do?
You will need your Voyager code to receive your benefits. If you want to make an order and receive your benefits, we recommend you order Voyager first, get your code, then go ahead with your order. That way you'll receive your Voyager benefits.
