Any orders placed on, or before, the above dates will be dispatched in time for Christmas. Any orders placed after the above dates will be dispatched on the 6th January 2020.
After Tuesday 17th December, Express delivery will be the only option available for all orders, so that we make sure we meet Royal Mail's Christmas delivery deadline. We've reduced our Express delivery cost to £1.95 to make it as easy as possible for everyone.

UK - We typically use Royal Mail 24hr (Express) and 48hr (Standard) services with free re-deliveries in case you're not available to receive your Marvels. We may occasionally use other services or providers. The delivery times stated above are typical times. Orders are usually dispatched in 1 day; this varies according to the time at which the order was placed. For orders placed on Saturdays, Express Shipping may take up to 3 days to arrive.
EU - We typically use Royal Mail International Standard. We may occasionally use other services or providers. The delivery times stated above are typical times. Orders are usually dispatched in 1 day; this varies according to the time at which the order was placed.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of having made your purchase, and we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Please let us know why you would like a refund, so that we can make sure we get it right the next time. Refunds will typically take 10 working days to process from the time of receiving your request. Please note that if we receive refund requests more than 30 days after your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not always accept returns. We'll be happy to discuss your order with you and help resolve any issues that you might have as quickly as possible. Just get in touch with us at email@example.com.
Subscriptions cancelled before the first order is dispatched will automatically be refunded.
Gift cards are, unfortunately, not eligible for refunds.
