- Dispatching is usually done Monday-Saturday (inclusive) and within 1 day of your order. You'll usually receive an email with a tracking number to confirm this
- Standard shipping uses Royal Mail's 48hr service with free re-deliveries in case you're not available. We may occasionally use other services or providers.
- Express shipping uses Royal Mail's 24hr service with free re-deliveries in case you're not available. We may occasionally use other services or providers. Orders placed on Saturdays will take longer to arrive.
- Lightning shipping guarantees next working day delivery for orders placed before 11am. We use DHL's fully tracked service. Orders must be placed before 11am to be received the next working day. Orders placed on Friday after 11am, or on Saturday or Sunday will take longer to arrive. We may occasionally use other fully tracked, next day delivery services.
- The delivery times stated above are typical times and may vary, particularly when the country goes into lockdown! Bring on the vaccine...
EU - temporarily suspended due to Brexit border disruption
- Standard delivery typically uses Royal Mail's International Standard service. This is not tracked. We may occasionally use other services or providers.
- Tracked delivery typically uses DPD Classic. We may occasionally use other services or providers.

- Orders are usually dispatched Monday-Saturday inclusive and within 1 day of your order. You'll usually receive an email with a tracking number to confirm this.
- We are working on better delivery options for the EU, if you have any ideas, just let us know.
- If you live outside of the UK and EU but would like us to deliver to you, please let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We are arranging these on an individual basis at the moment, but we will soon have a system up and running to make it automatic and easy!
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at email@example.com within 30 days of having made your purchase, and we will be happy to provide you with a refund. Please let us know why you would like a refund, so that we can make sure we get it right the next time. Refunds will typically take 10 working days to process from the time of receiving your request. Please note that if we receive refund requests more than 30 days after your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not always accept returns. We'll be happy to discuss your order with you and help resolve any issues that you might have as quickly as possible. Just get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Subscriptions that are cancelled before the first order is dispatched will automatically be refunded.
Gift cards are, unfortunately, not eligible for refunds.
